Hi all, I just got a Moto Z Droid version from Verizon. I read through some of the threads in XDA, it doesn't seem like there's a root method and unlock method for the bootloader right?

Bios password for android ?
Hi everyone, I bought the moto Z droid for my 13 year old kid. He know how to hard reset or factory resets the phone so I can't install the restriction on its. However, he don't know how to install a new roms and he doesn't have a computer to do that either. Is there any roms which have password to on the boot screen so he can not factory reset it again ? Something like bios password on PC.

Hi people, just wanted to ask if anyone had the same experience of your device getting quite warm on the bottom portion where the pins are (seems warmer on the front though). I know that's where the motherboard and all the computing power is at, but it's strange that it can get warm even when all you do is browsing the web using chrome, taking a look at CPU-Z, it shows some things can get as warm as 50-55 degree Celsius, and if I'm not the only one, then is there anything that can be done about it, I mean, it probably shouldn't be like that, right?:silly:

hi, my Motorola xt1650-03 Sheridan stop start up normaly after unlock bootloader , I try reflash stock rom 7 nougat but nothing to do.
every time I start , remain stuck in fastboot mode and for continue with start I must push power button , afterthat everything work well.
seems are many with my problem.

I've read many posts about loading nougat on the xt1650-03 retus. I need to have some clarification as to which one would work best for me. I want nougat with no carrier anything as my device is unlocked. I would like it to be a normal install (no root or custom rom)

No Bluetooth
I got this phone about two months ago and recently updated to the 7.0 OS. I have had zero Bluetooth connectivity, meaning that my Moto Z XT1650 cannot find any Bluetooth devices like Amazon Echo, MOGA Hero Pro, and a VR headset controller. I don't want to do a factory reset and I've tried almost everything else. Any help?

It's unclear, Bluetooth stopped working after the update? Or it never worked?

Verizon and I know there is no root right now or probably ever but is there a way to increase pixel density to make icons smaller or change the navigation bar height another way? Those are honestly my only disturbances

Dumb question. I'm new with my xt1065-03. I unlocked BL, installed TWRP and custom kernel, but there's no way I can unencrypt this device. Any suggestions? Thanks!
