First, is your PC recognizing the phone when you connect it? Second, when plugging it when fully off, does it boot to the "offline charging" state? (Showing the charge percentage with phone still off)
Third, were you on stable or Open Beta software?

1) Using Win10 i can see the following (see attachment. Translate: driver is unavailable)
2) No react to churgeing
3) Stable version. lust update till 1.7

Is Hard reset and wipe data the same fou our phone?

As fr as I know, and I'm no pro, Qusb_bulk is Qualcomm's Emergency Recovery, meaning it's something you won't be able to fix at all on your side. It kind of reminds me of Pixel 3's NAND failure tbh.

My only advice would be to return the phone to get it exchanged... Unless somebody here actually has a better idea.

You agreed to that very thing when you accepted the beta participation terms and conditions; the beta is NOT certified by Google because it is a test build. To fix, wait for a stable update or wipe the phone and restore it to NothingOS 1.1.7, and, next time, read instructions before accepting stuff.

Edit: Since you probably don't know, without SafetyNet, Netflix, some banking apps and some games will not work as well

This is for uncertified devices to be able to use Google apps, for example when you customize your ROM. SafetyNet is a google-side verification/attestation that requires the bootloader to be locked and the system partition to contain exactly the same files as the verified copy.

Since the system files are not verified by Google at all, even rooting won't help, since all that MagiskHide and similar stuff does is "spoof-restore" the pristine version of the system you're on.

Also, wanted to know the procedure to go back to NOS 1.1.7 if I change my mind.

Regarding to the first question, we don't know for sure, usually they're 2 distinct branches that are not compatible with each other (see OnePlus for example).

No, not yet, at least. The system is pretty barebones for now, unfortunately.

How can the status bar be adjusted / changed ?

I would like to see there:

1. date plus time.
2. throughput speed.

I disable any vibration stuff to preserve autonomy

Gestures/Press to show lockscreen (sorry, freely translated from french "Gestes/Appuyer pour afficher l'écran de verrouillage").
In the same way, "Lock screen"/Immediately lock with On/Off button" also allows you to lock with double tap (on the main screen only). I don't like to use mechanical buttons for anything else than their main aim: in my previous phone I even installed an app (something else I dislike ) to lock the phone. Mechanical stuff are more prone to breakdowns.

Why can't i hide the 3 button navigation bar when i'm not using it.

Gesture/System browsing, select Browse with gesture, tap the gear. The three buttons are hidden for me. There I disabled "Swip to call google assistant" and left both sensitivity sliders to Medium.

Yes chances are very high that you will get OTA.
2nd I don't think you will go back to NOS 1.1.7 if you don't TAP to PAY feature, because except that almost everything works even better than stable build.
