Is the 12GB version worth getting? My OnePlus 7T Pro is slowly degrading in battery capacity, i think.
Anyone know how to determine if the battery can still hold a charge effectively using terminal commands?

I think AccuBattery has the abbillity to look for battery health.
I dont think the NP1 is a worthy upgrade to your 7T Pro. But the NP1 is a very good device imo.
I guess I was leaning towards NP1 because of the simplicity similar to OOS and the Carl Pei vision. Agree that it appears to be a slight downgrade SoC-wise. I have Accubattery but it's a little hard to understand the data it gives.
Maybe you have bedtime mode onAnyone else having issues with the Glyphs setting turning off by itself? I started noticing it some time back every few days when I was going to demonstrate the feature to someone (I very rarely receive calls), and the Quick setting was turned off. Now it seems it's getting turned off just a few hours after I manually turn it on again. Running EU version Nothing OS 1.1.2 currently.
Touch sensitivity issue in games, especially pubg. Like if I move the pointer/cross hair it doesn't smoothly pans or moves, it misses few pixels and the fidelity is not good. Any recommendations or occurance of same problem?
Have anyone found a way to assign a different ringtones for each sim cards? Can't find any workaround over the internet and wanted to check here if someone has a way. TIA

Phone seems to be running ok, but now and again I'll get a delayed reaction. Example: I created a contact and saved, then say a minute or so later a small message near the bottom "*** has been saved" or words to that effect which stays on the screen for maybe 30 seconds or longer. I do have battery saver on if that would make any difference.

Also in the cached part of running services ddg has two instances. Is this normal? Sorry but I really am a total newb when it comes to this sort of stuff. Since updating, the phone just seems slow whilst browsing.
I just bought a nothing phone (1) and I want to root it, but I am only going to root it if theres a way to remove the warning bootloader unlocked message, as on my previous phone, a oneplus nord n200, the bootloader message would pause on it if the phone was plugged in, meaning that it would stay on all night if i charged it and it was dead, and also if you accidently press the power button it would pause it and it would make it annoying to turn on, so please tell me if maybe the message doesnt have the pause boot thing or if it can be disabled alltogether.
For now there are no modules about this but the phone doesn't stop booting if it's turned on by plugging it in.
Pressing power button still pauses the boot process.
WHEN THE PHONE IS PLACED ON A FLAT SURFACE...SCREEN DOESN'T RESPOND...WHEN I HOLD PHONE IN HAND SCREEN WORKS PROPERLY....ANYONE ELSE FACING THIS ISSUE...
After Android 13 OS update (1.5.3), my Nearby Share sending stopped working.
I can still receive seamlessly, but unfortunately I can't send - it gets stuck looking for nearby devices. Also I can't cast photos to TV - can't find device.
Yet, YouTube casts to devices perfectly and finds devices quickly.
What's upsetting is it worked before the update.
I've reported problem on Discord server, and to Nothing support and tried all steps to rectify listed on Google.
All to no avail - no one seems to have answer,
That's why I'm asking for your assistance or any ideas.
Maybe there is a patch to re-install/fix Nearby Share.
Your help will be appreciated.

Hey my Nothing Phone ist randomly Crashing after i rooted It. Doin nothing Special or anything IT Just randomly stops responding and fully Crashes so that i need to restart It

Flash it as a system.img file
U can install it using fastboot, or if your phone has mediatek chipset and has a stock flashable ROM + scatter file, u can also flash that GSI easily using SP flash tool.11 -

Unfortunately some of these problems cannot be solved here, in which case you will have to contact Nothing Support and explain your problem clearly.

Having no clear and definite visibility on this kind of problem and despite the various messages left on the Nothing Discord or the forum, there is no feedback yet.
I wrote the tutorial that allows to use Qualcomm's tool (Qualcomm Product Support Tools) but I'm not sure if it works for the Phone(1), even if the processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon.
So when in doubt, I prefer not to post it.
But this afternoon I will post a tutorial on how to use Sideload.3Hi, i noticed a weird bug with night shift mode on the nothing phone1, no matter how you'll set up your night shift mode it will always turn it on BUT it'll never turn it off again, at least for me now.
Hopefully it'll get fixed within the next update2
