hi can i use update.zip to get root access?

i can see "Update from SD card" like menuitem in recovery

tried it wont works.

got signature error. So how can i remove this error?

I dont think stock firmware has "toggle signature" option

Also mailed Karbonn for stock firmware but didnt got any mail from them.

Googled it but no luck. Googled 2.6.38.6 kernel vulnarabilities for arm(on cve mitre) but no vulnarability for previlage escalation..

Generic Android kernel boot by Fastboot

fastboot can boot kernel by command

fastboot boot <kernel>

can i use this to boot generic android kernel & then mount system patition as rw
& add su binaries?

Is running this command will flash my phone or will it just boot kernel temporary?

Details of Karbonn A7 and K touch W650

There is detail of Karbonn A7 which is same as Ktouch W 650. I have tried all the methods to root this phone but no avail.
Superoneclick, manually rooting, Gingerbreak, Z4root. Could anyone help to root this phone.
It is a dual sim phone, GSM+GSM, one 3G (WCDMA) and second 2G GSM.
