Help unable to send text massages after updated to JB

Hi guys please help me I have just updated my Defy to Negaan JB 2.5 ROM which is not there in Dev Thread,

After update d to this ROM I can't send SMS but u can receive all massage s,
I have tried all Tricks like *#*#4636#*#* then changed smsc number,but no luck,
Please help me

Unfortunately, you must wipe data.
