Help !!! Unknown Baseband ,Signal Issue ,Rils problem

Hello every body I am new here I booted Tesla OS for s4 but there rils issue with them if someone help me I will be very thanks full to him/her there is issue from class=serranoRil problem is o can't find the exit name file in service jar its not founding when renaming its same

Sir I have fixed rils issue on Tesla os and also released on s4 android development section ,there was I missed in build prop
