Help Unlocking Bootloader Failed! (Htc dev)

MISERABLE

Man this was the most miserable thing I have done with my HTC phones so far...could they make it any more complicated...

Make sure you guys download the current SDK; Are in Fastboot USB mode for "waiting for device"; and Copy the token from the arrow not the space before, as someone mentioned...fn geez

I had this problem once and it was because of the site... I waited a bit and tried again and bam... At this point there have been no changes to the phone, so my advice would be try again...

Make sure your using gmail, I remember people having issues using different mail servers

Sorry to bring up an old topic but I'm also getting the token length issues. I've pasted into notepad just to ensure there were no spaces anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like HTC dev is having some issues right now. Regaw mentioned he was having a difficult time with their server.
I think he updated his automated root method to work with all the hboots

Server issues or user error?

Having a similar issue trying to get an unlock for my HTC One S. I'm pasting the code exactly (see first screenshot) and getting the error message shown in the second screenshot. Just wanted to run this past some other sets of eyes, and make sure this is an error on HTC's end and not my own...as far as I can tell I've followed the directions of HTC and those found on forums like this one to the letter.

The problem is htcdev. I finally got it to accept the token but it's been 6 hours and I don't have my file.

Thanks, that still uses htcdev.com to unlock bootloader.

I just finally got the site to accept my token successfully. It's loading pretty quick right now so anyone reading this who needs an unlock bin file, I recommend doing this ASAP before it's under heavy load again. Still no email, however.
