From HTC Dev have you updated your hboot as per the instruction?
If not follow this link http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/ruu-downloads

BEFORE beginning the Unlock Bootloader process your product requires that you update the ROM to the version listed in the table below first, then download the RUU next to it to enable the unlocking capability.

Help ME!

When I Submitted my Token then a page reads like this "
We're sorry, but it appears your attempt to unlock the bootloader on this device has failed. This could be caused by several factors including simple errors in the entry of the unlock token, problems with your device, or a lack of manufacturer support for the unlocking process. Please see the specific error code listed below, and try again if necessary.
Error Code: Invalid Bootloader Token Length.
Error Reason: The submitted Token appears to be the wrong length and won't work.

And I changed my cid to 11111111 and it still comes up that. Only thing is mine is a verizon m8 here is my token any idea of what is wrong ? I relocked bootloader trying to convert to a htc dev edition and it wouldnt work now I cant get my bootloader unlocked again.
