Help updating Atrix

I have a Motorola Atrix with an unlocked bootloader.
I have a couple questions about updating my device.

System Version: Version.4.1.83.MB860.ATT.en.US
Android Version: 2.2.2
Build Number: Gingerblur 4.5.

The question is I want to update the system version, but I don't want to hard brick my phone by doing something stupid.

How do I get to the official gingerblur?

Since your already unlocked, I would install RomRacer's CWM, and then just flash 2.3.4 fruitcake; that way you don't have to deal with .sbf & RSD Lite.

also if you hold down the volume down as you turn on your device, you can scroll down to android recovery using the volume down and pressing volume up to select.
