Help updating G7 / Should I return

Help - Got a couple G7's supposedly factory unlocked version. IMEI checker shows the are G710PM (Sprint). Phone shows it is a G710ULM (Factory unlocked version). LG Bridge won't update the phone (Error when trying to check software version) Have tried to flash with LG Up, but can't get past an error launching the LG Up (2025) version. I'm leaning towards returning both phones, but would rather try to flash with Google FI Pie if possible. Thoughts? I'm on a GSM (ATT micro) carrier.

I got the 710pm version as well. I updated it to 710ulm software. I have it bootloader unlocked and rooted.
