urgent my Motorola Droid Ultra Maxx XT1080M Verizon 32 GB
not working wifi or bluetooth sticks to activate then I give back to the wifi, but didn't find any wifi networks and restore factory and doesn't work times if I work wifi su6-7.2

this is an issue with 4.4 kitkat. to fix it temporarily, toggle airplane mode or restart the phone, then toggle wifi.

for a permanent fix, i've read that deleting the wps_supplicant file under data/misc/wifi will do the trick. note that this will also delete all your saved wifi networks and passwords.

what i'm trying at the moment is just editing that wps_supplicant file - cleaning it up and just keeping 2 wifi networks in it (one for work, one for home). So far it's working well.

Just to make it clear, search the internet, other phones on kitkat intermittently have this problem.

What I'd try is turning off BT temporarily and see if WiFi works. Also, some people have reported WiFi issues after installing and using certain apps (a flashlight app, the app GasBuddy.) If you have one of those, try uninstalling and restarting the phone.

If that doesn't help, try restarting in safe mode to rule out another third party app. Long press power like you want to power off until the power off dialog shows, then long-press the "power off" until the safe mode prompt comes. If BT and WiFi works in safe mode, it's a third party app problem.

Hey mines was broken and I tried everything in every post around the web.Slap it,wipe cache,Factory data reset, safe mode nothing worked? then I enabled developer options and switched select runtime from Dalvik to ART and a reboot happened...Android is updating it said as I waited patiently. Maybe just maybe,BOOM I got WiFi Yes.update

Thanks for give suggestion. Me also turn run time in developers option than phone reboot and upgrade after the process when I turned on Wi-Fi then it on.
