HELP------when click on date app crushes

when I click on to change date from settings, settings crushes and also when I try to register in snap chat when click on birthday date on the app crushes.. why this happening??? how to solve this issue??
my phone is jellybean 4.2.1
huawei g700
using material aosp custom rom...
