help when installing T.E.A.M theme 3.5

when i try install rom i get this error
E: Can't chown/mod /system/app/GooglePlus.apk
(No such file or direcrtory)

E: Failure at line 5:
set_perm 0 0 0644 SYStEM:app/GoogePlus.apk
Installation aborted
