Help wifi slows down

Hi I am having a really annoying issue with my phone. I have been a cereal flasher for years but for some time now while using my phone my wifi network speed slows down to less than a meg.

I have to switch my wifi on and off to reinstate 2mg + but then after time it slows down again

I'm on miui v7 at

Test on a clean stock install.

I have tried on clean stock flashed with odin but as soon as I flash a custom rom it occurs again

That suggests a kernel problem as wifi is kernel .

Did it work as it should on the clean stock ROM? Does the problem occur on all CustomROMs or just this one?

Can you suggest a kernel for miuiv7 kk based
