Help with 23.5.A.0.575

I try now the hole day to root my Z3 (23.5.A.0.575) ( my first attempt in history ) have also come to this point

(hope you can see this) . So now says the error if i try to install a rom.

what should I do?
how can I modify it ?
how do I remove the Cyanogen recovery ?

Please step by step . I'm new in the matter

Sitz jetzt schon den ganzen Tag daran mein Z3 zu rooten (mein erster versuch in der Geschichte) bin auch bis hierhin gekommen. So jetzt sagt der mir aber n Fehler wenn ich das instalieren will, so wie es beschrieben wurde.

was muss ich tun?
wie kann ich das rückgängig machen?
wie entferne ich den CYANOGEN recovery?

bitte schritt für schritt. ich bin neu in der angelegenheit

why do you have cm recovery if your plan was to root?

1. flashtool and flash 4.4 ftf
2. get root with giefroot
3. install NUTs dualrecovery
4. flash the prerooted zip of your choice

As you have a custom recovery, just copy a pre-rooted ROM of your choice to your sdcard and flash using the custom recovery.
