Help with creating zip

I feel stupid for asking this. Go easy on me, I've searched Google, but can't figure it out. I want to zip a directory without compression, store only, on Ubuntu 11.10. folder1/folder2/file1, file2.

Trying to create an update zip to flash in recovery.
