I am just leaving for a week trip and realize that I am not getting emails on stock app and ROM from work. I can send email but not receive. The email account via webmail or the desktop works. The problem exists on both my S3 and Note2. My IT Department verified the problem using their Android phone and my account. The problem didn't exist on the iPhone they tested. Clearly this is a server issue that has the IT team puzzled. Any help would be appreciated since I am on the road and helpless.
I tried all the typical solutions like deleting accounts etc.
