I looked for an answer on my own and I am suppose to have a path like "Internal Storage/Android/data/com.google.android.music/files/music/" ... but I don't have the last file "music". Once I unhide my files, "._playmusicid" appeared. I created a "Music" folder and re-downloaded a song. Nothing, I looked for all MP3, for "data" and for "music" and nothing new. Google play music obviously is downloading them AND saving them in my device. I turn my phone in airplane-mode and put turn on download only in the app; and it finds the songs! the songs downloaded do play! Obviously this was not an issue in Galaxy S6, as I was able to find a song and link it to my alarm.
What can I do? Besides trying to 'factory restart it' ... I don't want to loose any data.
