Help with making rom

Hi is anyone able to guide or help me build a HTC One M8 MM Sense rom?

The Rom will be for my personal usage only.

I am wanting to make taiwan base sense 7 for device from stock image?

Would be awesome

Ive used both and prefer Dsixdas Kitchen with Cygwin.

Theres also Archis Kitchen, but not sure if that supports HTC, DSIXDAS is no longer supported but still works, i used it yesterday to see if it worked ok on my One 8

Finding hard Making multi mid cid compatible and adding English language to stock asia-tw rom

Also Cygwin is a Unix-like environment and command-line interface for Microsoft Windows.

I am on Ubuntu 16.04 64bit so dont think Cygwin is of any use?
