My dad has a S3 mini, stock rom, rooted, the screen wasn't turning off on idle, no apps were installed recently so I did a factory reset to fix it quickly. That fix it but then it started having problems like the home button not working sometimes, then the power button, then screen waking up on idle. What can I do?
