Help with rom question

Alrite guys get this in ten min i rooted and flashed a new rom man that was easy now incase i need to flash the stock one back on. Can someone put a link on this post and one other thing what is the best rom right now im using cognition v2.1.7

theres a few stock roms already in this forum it has stock rom at the biggining of the title and uses odin all roms are great it depends on the user
