Help with Sony Xperia ULTRA T2 Single sim...

I'm trying to root my phone with no luck
IT non customized version
now running 4.4.3 update 2

can anyone provide working links for the 4.4.2 stock firmware? IT version or similar (DE etc...)
and stock kernel too...

willing to get root on 4.4.2, upgrade to 4.4.3 and then upgrade to lollipop with this method
