help with this problem on the screen

Hi I need help in this window that appears on the screen, I read the forum and found that others had this problem but will not let me flash by ODIN in phone mode

You got root?
With a filemanager, go to "/efs/FactoryApp" and open a file named "factorymode".
Edit from OFF to ON. Save and reboot.
