Question Help with this problem

Hello everyone, I would like to get help from you guys.
I'm having this problem on my pixel, apps are crashing always when I open apps and even when I unlock my device. I already tried everything factory reset (even from the recovery), using safe mode, clear cache, updates, reinstalled the system. Running android 13 right now but even with android 12 I had this issue, it gets worst if I activate 120hz display.

Please help me
I'm thinking to install a custom ROM but I really don't want to lose the camera features.

you dont lose any camera features? download the google camera app on the play store for all features

yes it's the same as stock, I use ricedroid, the main three ones (in my opinion) are ricedroid, paranoid android and lineageos
