Help with Weather app

Hi everyone I need some help with the weather app that comes with the HTC Aria (AT&T). So far I have changed the phone twice due to the fact that it gives me the weather in Vidor TX and not in the US Virgin Islands like my EVO (Sprint). Is there anything I can do to fix this so far I have tried to add the city but it can’t even find my city? Is there anything else that I can do? I know I had to add a hack on my Touch Pro to get my local weather, am I going to have to do the same for the Aria?
