[Help] Xperia Z not power on and Power on when on charging

i have xperia z c6602 india 4.4.4 my phone was turn on while charging or sometime pc with usb but remove charger phone is switch off immediately or sometime after 5 to 10 minutes when phone start only sony logo appears and gone i have tried official stock with sus, pc companion and flashtool but nothing do solution. so please help me then I have go to service center in ahmedabad he said replacement of whole circuit/motherboard cost of 25044 if it is possible if phone is on when charging and circuit/motherboard is failed.
