[HELP] [Z00L] [ZE550KL] Google Services Framework has stopped

I have just flashed Groovy Android [GA-N-v7.1.2-20200729-Z00L-Release.zip] and open_gapps-arm64-7.1-nano-20200828.zip via TWRP v3.2.3.0 and the flashing seems to be successful. But when I reboot, I get an error "Google Services Framework has stopped" right after the boot logo and it won't proceed.
