You all must be having some really nice earphones . AND I WANT ONE TOO ! currently have a Phillips SHE3580 ... and now want something nice.

Am in India and am a student so my budget would be below Rs1.5K

Preferably will purchase online (flipkart, letsbuy etc)

Currently what's on my mind -
Soundmagic pl21
Phillips she6000
Some skullcandy.


Now guys please suggest some, need to buy it before 30th March.



And one more thing , if I use the microphone of the earphones while calling .... will the noise canceling mic of the phone keep working ?

right now am using Denon earphones... if u r a bass freak ..u will love them ..price:Rs 2000

and coming to other choices ..

u can try Jays "a-jays one" which has got very good review in various sites .. price:Rs 1500 in flipkart...

and i wrote an article on my experiences with different earphones..u can find it in the attachment...

WOnt recommend a ScullCandy Trust me ull have to replace the minimum 4 times in 6 months...
I was going to buy SHE6000 but then i took an arrow to the knee(Just Kidding)
I'm a student too and realized that i dont need headphones atm... I bought a New LEd display instead!! hahahah

Jays didn't get good reviews ..... saw 3 places. ... soundmagic got great one .... plus my budget is till 1.5k only ... so ....

so you don't suggest Phillips one , I really liked their looks ;D

For me , more the noise isolation better it is . Don't listen to really high volumes average 50% but sometimes 70 when lot of noise is there . Bass lover , not not which hurts the ear .

So now. .... btw do check soundmagic review too .

If you want quality, i'd go for Koss any day.


I myself hate in-ear plugs... For now, at least... Don't know why... I just like to feel my music and there is no way that they can ever give me that satisfaction, that's why I love headphones...

No second thought...go for sony without any hesitation..u will love them for sure
