Hi, need help with viper 5.0.0, after flashing rom, (of course before flashing i have format everything) it boots normally but after i got a message : "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" ... how to fix it ?
i was fixing permissions, reflashing, formatting ...
help me please

what recovery do you have?

the only thing i can tell you is download the latest version of 4ext and then flash again the rom
otherwise redownload the rom

try to wipe dalvik + cache from recovery

i was whiping everything already ... its the first time when i have that error since i have my first htc g1

format your sdcard or flash it with a different one

damn... the same problem after flashing from fresh sdcard
have no idea what can slove it ... someone writes that reflashing boot.img can help but how

the command is fastboot flash boot boot.img

connect the device in your pc and put it in fastboot mode
put the boot.img of the rom in your adb and fastboot folder
in that folder open a cmd and type the command i wrote above

The boot.img is located inside the rom zip

shi** it doesnt work is there any way to replace that process (dialer/phone) ? maybe this will fix my problem
phyramide is working fine without simcard or in a airplane mode

EDIT:

all vipers rooms on my phyramide have the same problem all the time maybe firmware can be bad ?

are you on S-OFF?

yep, other roms works fine, only the vipers have problem

few weeks ago i have a vipers room and it works corectly then i have to flash stock rom (RUU). after that i want to flash vipers rom again and i have that crash ... its annoying...

give it a try again
flash a ruu.exe and then come back for any viperS rom

note: no need to return to S-ON
