HELP_Droid Turbo Stuck in QHSUSB_BULK mode

Hello! I have a droid turbo which was updated to 5.1 via OTA. I then downgraded it to 4.4.4 and took an OTA , during this upda my phone got a blank screen and on my windows it is recognised as QHSUSB_BULK . I have tried the blankflash methos but it looks like I need mbm-ci files for this? Can anybody help please ?
