Helping finding links to unlock bootloader/and flash to gobal rom

hi i have a lg g710vm. i have service with metro by tmobile. im trying to flash my rom rom to a gobal version to gain features and possible get better service. i havent messed with much android customimizion since android 6 so theres a few thiungs i dont understand. can anyone link me to updated guides?
