The phone looks rather nice, but the software features in 4.3 look pretty cool, can't wait until they hit the note two.

My main concern is the speaker if its louder or as loud than the note 2 then definitely a buy, also the battery isnt a big improvement from note 2 regarding the internal hardware its packing. Hopefully is as good as note 2 tho. Looking forward to it

I'm thinking the note 2 should last me until a note 4 ) or whatever it is at that time ) hits. I'm not all that impressed, and hardware wise there is nothing ground breaking. Quad 1.6 / 2gb ram / mali 400 combo should be able to handle anything in the immediate future ;)

Much like I skipped the s3 and went from the s2 to the note 2. To be honest, my s2 still kicks the crap out of most other Android phones out there. Still though, I'm loving my note 2. Perfect size. If I need a bigger screen, I pull out the Asus Transformer from my backpack ;) 16hrs battery + Tegra 3. I figure software wiser, both should be good to go for another year or so.

It's not bad but I had hoped for something closer to the Mega's 6.3 size with the Note's features.

Overall it's a nice device but I'm not going for a early upgrade for the first time in a long time.

noted for future reference on my Note 2

Im with you on that one

I'm pretty sure my note 2 will last for another year but I'll up you one and say 2 more years, this things not even a year old yet,at lease not in the states. The 3 looks nice and I'm sure its going to be a great new toy for someone who waited until there 2 years were up with the note 1 or sg2 but*I just don't see any justification in rushing to rid your n2 for it. *Now when will we see the premium suite with all the note 3 apps and spen features for the note 2?

sort of under impressed. I certainly appreciate almost anything samsung these days, but if the HTC ONE MAX has a sdcard slot, I think I might have to jump ship

I was really hoping for dual front speakers on the Note3, hope they kept the wolfson dac inside

I'm very confused on which phone to get now, I mean the HTC one max hasn't been publicly announced, but I'd go for it, if not I'll probably wait it out, Idk. I'm saying all this now, but next month you'll see my signature say "sent from my galaxy note 3" lol

Samsung went the conservative route with both the s4 and now the n3....should have just called this the note 2 S
