Hi GUyz, i really need ur BIG help.!

I have HTC Sensation, and i wanna to set up new firmware (custom ROM), but when im go to Bootloader, and than recoovery i get this error:" http://prntscr.com/ca79ar " .No recovery and no system is on the phone. I put a recovery.img on SD card and phone say no image or wrong image :/.
I try to Fastboot USB but i dont have original USB cable for HTC and my PC dont recognize my HTC Sensation, i open CMD and type comands but is only write "Waiting for device..."
Can some help me???

Fastboot might not work on windows 10/8.1/8.
Get hold of windows 7 pc and try again.
There is some solution for windows 8.1/8 fastboot drivers. search for that on xda.

Follow this guide for rooting and installing recovery:

But bro, never mind that i doenst have original HTC USB cable?
And service guy tell me that must fix with some boxex and fix cost 50 euro
Its too much, and HTC debuggin mode is off :/

i suggest to use a ruu.exe
relock bootloader first
leave S-OFF as it is , don't touch it

edit: did you choose fastboot from bootloader when you connect it to the pc?
in any case since usb debugging mode is off you can't do anything
just go for the ruu.exe

but surely any fastboot command won't work on win10
the command is fastboot oem lock
