hi my friend my device is not respond i try to upgrade it but it is now black screen and i want to reflash it like any device
and i want to know how i can do that
please any one know
my device is
imate pocket pc phone
win se 1.72
and i want to know how i repaire it but you must know that i try to put in the crtadel but and reinstall but this is screen is appear to me

first check everything
is the roms you try to update for your device?
it was power loss?
can you get it to bootloader if you can it will be back from the dead
check roms for country id errors

if you get it to bootloader and you dont get it to connect to you pc try another pc

my friend when i connected the power my device is not work how?! because when i put the battery in the device it gives me that no power in the device ,then i changed the battery but the problem still appear when i put the device in the cradel the red light becomes work but this happend when i put it without battery now when i put the battery the device turn off the red light and not give me any thing now i want to give the device power
how can i do that and how can i fix the screen that tell me that the device is not in the cradel this screen is apper for me my frindes

Did you try a hard reset? Please detail what happened exactly, from the beginning.

the first when i put the baterry in the i-mate pockt pc phone the red light is became off i don't know why if someone know the reason he can help me and i want to get the bootloader that is appear in the middel of the screen it called usb or serial because the screen is black i don't know waht i want to became on and i see the serial so can you help me my friend please
if you know how can i get the bootloader you will help me and how i turn on the screen my friend because it is became off and this is the reason
i hope you understand me because when i upgrade the device still work but when the extended rom is installed in the device i see (erasing the rom ) and after erasing the rom i have lose the power so the extended rom now is empty and the usb didn't read any thing by active syn and any other application so can you help me and i try to re-upgrade the processe is failing so i want to know ho can i turn on my device again
