Hidden menu 'Testing'

I want to open menu 'Testing'. I tried code *#*#6130#*#* and *#*#4636#*#* (*#*#INFO#*#*) in the dialer but they not work on my phone. I mean the window in which can choose 'Only LTE' mode. This window looks like image from attachment.

Only not work code for opening Menu Testing. Is it not installed or locked...?
Also I tried combination *#*#8378#*#* (TEST) and *#*#8378464#*#* (TESTING) and nothing happpens. I tried many codes founded in internet and many apps from Market and still I can't open Engineer Mode. I think that Engineer Mode is not installed on phone Honor 8X Max. :/
