There's an package called com.google.android.hiddenmenu preinstalled on the Pixel XL. But no of the known secrete codes is working to open the hiddenmenu. So I found a way to open it:
-Open a adb shell with su rights
-type in: am start com.google.android.hiddenmenu/.debug.DebugActivity
-enjoy
Unfortunately there are not lot of options to debug and so on.
