High Pitched noise when fully charged

I've had my MediaPad M3 for a while now and recently I noticed that when it's 100% charged and still on the charger it makes a high pitched sound. It's not really loud but it is there. Unplugging makes the sound stop. Anyone else have that? Is it bad?

Have you tried a different plug-in on a different circuit, or different charging cables and transformer?
