Just found this thread and your IRS. Samples are off the hook. Using BBE generic preset 2. Don't even need the xhifi anymore with it. Good work

I hv not tested so might work or might not. Since i dnt have any single core units so will not be working on or releasing. Sorry dude.

Dual core is minimum recommendation.

Quad core or Octa core is The Best.

Re: single core

my bad! doesn't support single-core! :(

Working great on my single-core 1GHz cpu, 512MB RAM

Give it a shot! Highly recommend these irs samples.

Why is that every time I load an IRS, V4A crashes?

Sorry, xda "Search is temporarily unavailable" or I may have had an answer for you. Better to ask in the official V4A thread here but if I find some troubleshooting tips I will link to them

Dolby ii music is my favorite but it has a weird background noise. So now I have to use the regular Dolby ii or movies.

Re: PGC, beep, mem

Please disable 'Playback Gain Control' and 'Master Gain' ...this will solve the white noise in background.
Yes, I have seen this posted a few places recently and this is 100% true- PGC Disabled and Master Gain 0dB solves white noise issues I was trying so hard to ignore. Thanks for the tip, and thanks once again for these wonderful .irs, I am using the BBE Harmonic Maximizer Preset 3.irs after cycling through all your other new samples. My V4A daily profile is posted here.

Has anyone experience a LOUD BEEEEEEEP using the BBE IRS?
No, other than my alarm going off every morning- sorry

dude mine is 832 mhz cpu & 289 mb ram,if u know what i mean!
Ouch...with Settings open I am showing 276MB used out of 396MB...but I still recommend it- maybe you lose any/all multitasking but hey, with this sound quality I can't complain.

Well mine doesn't sound that loud as you mentioned, but I defenitely have a slight beep noise in background especially when musics come with loud and deep kick sounds.

I never enable PGC or Master Gain and I still get the noise with Dolby II. That's kind of a drag cuz I really like it a lot. I'm back to using Studer +6db Updated. I used Urei 1178 Impulse a lot too.

Update: After checking this out extensively I found that Studer hisses too. I'm back to Urei.

HighDefinition Impulse Responses Samples (IRS) for Viper4Android

    Final Updates. Enjoy.

From the makers of HighDefinition Sound Engine HDSE

    Convolution and Impulse Responses?
Convolution is the process where a single sample of a sound is multiplied by every sample of another sound. It is different from the plain multiplication of two sounds where a single sample of the first sound is multiplied by the corresponding single sample of a second sound.

Impulse Responses or IRs are captured by recording how a space responds to a full range of frequencies (typically 20Hz to 20,000Hz). This is achieved by playing back a burst (impulse) of a full range of frequencies within the space and recording it. For more accurate results it is common to use a sine-sweep across the audible frequency range. The recorded IR is nothing more an audio file that can be imported into a convolution software to recreate the sampled space digitally and finally export to WAV or IRS.

    Specifications for my IRS work?
    Onkyo Wavio SE200PCI Soundcard.
    Software VST.
    Voxengo DeConvolver.

    and This-n-That Softwares...
