HiSearch prompt

Since the last firmware update, this prompt repeatedly shows up, and I have no idea what will happen in case I accept it and how can I decline it.
Also, I checked and I have no application called HiSearch installed and I can't view what application gives me this prompt.
Does anyone have an idea about this?

HiSearch lets you perform local and online searches. Local searches refer to searches of app data and content stored on your device, while online searches refer to Internet searches performed via a web browser.

Yes I saw this thread as well, but the strange thing is that my tablet does not have any app like that. I checked it both in the Android settings and through adb.
