I'm sure it will be difficult because of the new lollipop security additions like encryption but the devs here are quite smart .

install it like an apk? lol SS works without the apk and is accessible before the rom boots so y would it change? now if someone takes the ota and we cant go back to older rootable firmware using odin then theres no way

Well. UK S5 users just got the update. It's normal 5.0, not 5.0.2. Hopefully that means a release soon in the US? Either way, from the sounds of it, it is a pretty good update for the phone.

I won't be updating until we know if we can flash a rooted ROM in SafeStrap and then the firmware and kernel to keep root. If we can't, then I may not upgrade. But we will see.
