Home g5 ux5 with appdrawer(swiping dock up) and add 6x5 grid

no fc for me this time. but nothing but black screen and had 2 rr's before i had to switch back to stock

Seems you don't clear data...

H-rom but in your screen shot is there more icon like g6 (camera messaging contact) or other i cannot see them.

Remove old ux5 if you have.backup of course.
Put last mine here g5N.
Wipe cache dalvik.
