I find the same to be honest. I'm not a fan of the way things are arranged on the large screen/front screenI wasnt really a fan of how the stock launcher handled folded and unfolded home screens. Currently using niagra

That looks a brilliant set up. I love the Icon pack as well!
Agreed there. I came from A fold 4, I really liked the ability to have different home screens on the front screen, and main screen. Thanks
I would much prefer a samsung like homescreen setup although I dont really like how they handle the app drawer. Completely different homescreens for folded and unfolded is the way to go imo. Extending to the second page (which most launchers seem to do) is very annoying.
Niagra just extending the size of the screen is better than extending to a second page but I still dont think its as good as seperate home screens. I dont think I could use another launcher anyway though. I just really like how fluid it is to use.
Not being able to use the gestures is a big shame! I did try Niagra launcher from the recommendation above, I really liked it but couldn't get on with the buttons taking up screen space. Total Launcher looks great too!Total Launcher fully supports two separate home screens and it was quite nice on my Vivo X Fold, but now on the Mix Fold 2, the gestures issues have forced me to use the standard one...
Yeah I had to use a third party solution for gestures as explained in a previous thread here but the results are good and I havent had any issues after setting it up. Root is required to properly hide the original nav buttons though as the ADB methods dont seem to work on newer android versions. Not being able to use the gestures is a big shame!
