thank you so much for your collaboration. I asked my Honda technician 1 week ago without results. I think he wan't help me, sigh.....
He offered me to install the camera by paying 800 euros.. that's not funny!

I assume my buddy will sort it out and get the diagram.

I think it's a cheek to ask 800 euros for the installation of a camera. A good rear view camera costs in DE, say, 150 euros maximum.
Then you pull 2-3 cables to the rear and connect the front. That's all it takes.

If I would live with you around the corner, that would be relaxed done in 2 hours and we could drink the rest of the day Peroni.

So, stay cool! We get it done and you get the diagram.

I had a brilliant idea. I'd like to disassemble the lower part of the dashboard and inspect with an endoscope connected to my smartphone in order to see, as far as possible, the layout of the unit's connections ( to compare with 15-18 MY). I really hope I have the time to do it over the weekend. However, this does not completely remove the doubt of not making a mistake in connecting the rear camera.

Hi GIanni,

the idea is fantastic! Be careful by dissamble the the lower part of the dasboard. Hope you know which screws and so one, you must dissamble to get out the lower part.

I hope that you can see everything well behind the HU. But since it is a HU with navigation, it will be difficult to see anything. The wiring harness for the entire radio is already very close together.

I keep my fingers crossed that you can see something.

Have successfully downgraded my head unit to RC6 and installed my apps, have upgraded again to rc8, all okay.

Issue is can't use any of the apps while vehicle is moving... Including Waze and Spotify.

Any ideas how to disable this feature on the headunit? Anyone else had this issue?

Check your application settings. Under the mike app settings that you did (that allows you to install other apps) you must have added a wrong configuration or a bad letter... Which is making your application exit when you drive.

I can't activate honda app centre, it never connects. Also i don't have easy call installed I'm afraid.

I think I've seen in other post through the forum that the webserver of the honda app center is down and no longer supported
If that is the case, I dont think you will be able to make it work regardless of your RC version...

Not sure... I personally use the bluetooth from my phone and it streams mussing to my head unit while I use other app.
I think that is everything is going slow, it may be running out of memory for running so many programs.

Hi to all!
Today I've discovered something new!
So I'd like to show you, that Maki83's stuff works fine now!
But, first of all, you need to have a phone with Android 13 and AndroidAuto 9.4.631624-release (buil-in).
I was not trying about half a year AA in my HondaJazz, because of all the mistakes, which are known.
But now, today, when I've connected phone to car, I realize, that someting is new.
AA starts manually, as usual asks for the source (on the other USB port I've got mp3 stick), and after all steps you can choose, what you would like to use. Immediately start two apps: Google Maps and YouToubeMusic. I've got no songs in YTM, so it could not be possible to try it. Another app: phone calls also seems to be useful.
After using reverse camera, AA works fine in the same position.
And, of course, GM works with voice.
There are two pictures below, in nearest future I've try to chesk another options and inform here.

Hi!
There is no possibility to upgrade this autio/internet station.
If you want to use Android Auto, you have to install some stuff, also android auto app.
All these apss are described and attached in this thread.
