Did you asked dasaita if they were wrong sending the incorrect fit cables?

I haven't been able to find any converter yet, and I would hate to destroy the original one. Please let me know if anyone knows the correct name for the Honda one, or knows where or what to get
Haven't tried yet, as do not want to buy DAB+ now, but, you can buy standard antenna adapter https://www.ebay.com/itm/Car-Radio-...able-Connector-for-Honda-New-Fit/372079696344, and if you remove the blue wire with pin, the pink connector should fit without a problem, it won't hold in there and I recommend to use electrical tape to overcome this "professionally" Just an idea
I am also looking for an adapter for using the OEM DAB antenna with the USB DAB+ adapter (SMA male) I bought.
I have taken some images of the OEM plug (the pink one), which can be seen here:

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to work as the dashboard time changed with DST 2 weeks ago without me doing anything. It did not update however when I changed the timezones manually (I was expecting a realtime change but perhaps it needed a reboot ?). Nevertheless the dashboard clock shows the right time.
Not yet as I did not have time to install it and I'm also waiting for the USB adapter so I don't need to take it apart twice.
Did not arrive yet but I'm sure with a little chipping of the plastic on the adapter it will fit. After getting used to having 2 USB in the glove compartiment I'm having mixed feelings about using the 2nd port of the car. I have a USB stick there and planning to add a TPMS interface on the second. So if I connect the 2nd USB I would have to put the memory stick there, more or less in plain sight. Decisions, decisions
Depends on the settings. It can turn off after 30s up to 1h, or it can just go to standby. Cold boot time is about 30s. Boot from standby is instant tho it takes 2-3 seconds until the SD card and USB stick are mounted and it resumes playback where it left off. Most open apps (like Waze) are closed during sleep in order to prevent battery drain, but they are reopend if they were active in foreground (again, like Waze ). Sometimes GPS signal is slower than the boot+reopening of Waze. Gives you a bit of time to put your seatbelt, turn on the heated chairs, look at the pretty dashboard lights etc.
Nope, all is working fine for me.
Canbus is included and it's used to read car data, including steeringwheel controls and steeringwheel position when reversing. So yes. you need it.
@ kind3r: bought one for my CRV also.. got the same issue with those 3 connections I think its the 2 usb & 1 hdmi connection in the console box of our car. I'm currently looking for a solution for the AC control, and IMID display setting for the steering wheel. I haven't really tinkered with the setting so maybe its just setting or connection issue. Could you pls. update me if you discover the AC thing or other features that you have unlock with your unit.
Wifi and Bluetooth..how to they going for you..
Internal speaker for hands free or using external?
What phone are you connecting to it..apple or Android?
Maybe that's because one is for charging? So they separated them via different connectors.
At the Dasaita Official Store they sell it as a 9" unit.
At the MTKNAVI Store they sell the "same" units.
Main advantage of MTKNAVI store: they ship from EU/Germany. Means no trouble about custom and taxes.
Thanks a lot for creating this thread. I am looking forward to hearing and seeing more from your Dasaita/HR-V experience.
Using adapter cables. So one can use the inbuilt microphone and GPS module. We just have to find the correct cables via ebay, Aliexpress...Ok thank you, if we have any idea to hide it .it will be better . What the you think?
If someone wants to buy it at Aliexpress, wait until 11th November. Aliexpress starts a sale (lower prices).
@kind3r
do you know what the adapter "Camera Aux Cable" in the picture is for? I'm wondering because my rearview camera is plugged in the grey connector C (Honda unit). I own a HRV version SE without inbuilt rearview camera. Have added a camera from Aliexpress and connected via adapter shown in the picture. Do all grey Honda connectors have a counterpart in the Dasaita cable set?
