Honda Pilot Elite 2019 Bluetooth Contacts Sync Issue with Android 11

With Android 11 not supporting replacing PBAP profiles which breaks Bluetooth Phonebook app, does anyone know of any other way to sync contacts with 2019 Honda Pilot?

None of the solution online worked, had to do factory reset and restore from backup.
