Honor 10 bad graphics after update

After the last update 9.1 I noticed that graphics is worse than before with frame drops when scrolling web pages or when playing games
I tried resetting but nothing changed
I alse turned performance mode on and it didn't help
Any suggestions

Yeah this last major update 9.1 and Gpu Turbo is a mess!
If i knew how I would downgrade to pie 9.0.

yes, I have such an option in HiSuite with EMUI 9.1
