Situation: update to Pie 9.0, I didn't like it so downgrade to 8.1 with hisuite.
UI start to lag, pull down notification, page transitions, popup menu.
So wipe data and nothing, flash 9.0 again and back, nothing, still there are little lags.
How is possible?
It seems like cpu stuck somewhere
