HONOR 3C , can't go in recovery mode, can't boot. only vibrate.

HONOR 3C , can't go in recovery mode, can't boot, mobile keep vibrating on pressing power button. Have no idea what is going on. tried to flash stock rom but got sp flash tool error (8045).
aka no valid partition management table for storage device!

Please help!
