Honor 3C Flash Recovery Error

Sir i am new to this site and i am noob to this process kindly answer a few things.

• i am using honor 3c international version and i rooted this device with kingroot do i need to unlock bootloader now ?
• i tried to flash recovery there are two files in twrp recovery
  
  1. folder name: H30-U10_TWRP_2.8.6.0
  2. 1. recovery TWRP_2.8.6.0_byCL file
  3. 2. MT6582_Android_scatter
• when i click download button on sp flash tool and connect my device without battery my phone connect and disconnect after 2 or 3 seconds AND i also tried with battery inserted but same results
• Please help me if i am doing anything wrong I want to install CynogenMod on my honor 3c

1. i downloaded these files. and install all the drivers.
2. Device Build Number: H30-U10-V100R001C900B129
3. SP Flash Tool version: v3 1324.0.sn177
4. Twrp version : H30-U10_TWRP_2.8.6.0 1.
5. Room i downloaded: H30-U10_CM-12,1_5.1_beta-1
6. Gapps i downloaded: Slim_normal_gapps.BETA.4.4.build.9-20150404_2

Room i downloaded: H30-U10_CM-12,1_5.1_beta-1
Gapps i downloaded: Slim_normal_gapps.BETA.4.4.build.9-20150404_2

Make sure drivers are installed properly.
After doing the sptool thing connect your phone.
Its normal it vibrates for few seconds let it be.it will automatically establish connection.
To flash recovery you need to unlock bootloader

Sir i already rooted my honor 3c and if i need to unlock bootloader first kindly provide me a link i am new to this website and i will be very thank full to you.
