honor 6x BLN-L24 stuck at "your device is booting" bootloader unlocked warning msg

i thought maybe flashing a rom on my half working phone which i dont know what the **** is wrong with it, would fix some issues and make it a fully working phone again but nope flashing the eliteRom just doesnt make it boot now. i have flashed it before and it worked and i followed instructions properly.

what do i do?

have you changed the data partition to F2FS?

Can U flash into eRecovery (Power+VolUp), Fastboot (Power+VolDown) or in EmergencyMode(Power+VolUp+VolDown)?

He has flashed elite ROM and not booting means most probably an issue with data partition.
